About Your Host
Hi, I’m Kim, and I’m a Nervous System Strategist. I teach nervous system mastery to high-performing humans who want emotional freedom and are ready to understand themselves deeply.
I’ve worked with musicians, founders, and top CEOs to break cycles of burnout, reactivity, and the hidden patterns that quietly sabotage performance and relationships.
This work isn’t theoretical for me. It’s lived and embodied. It’s the lens through which I see leadership, conflict, ambition, and growth.
I help people identify where stress is distorting their decisions, their relationships, and their sense of self, and then we rebuild from regulation, clarity, and strength.
No sugarcoating and no surface-level self-care.
We get honest about the stories your body has been carrying. Through shadow work, we reset the patterns that no longer serve you and build a new internal foundation that supports the life you’re actually meant to lead.
