About Your Host
Iâm a complex trauma survivor and former therapist who has spent more than 20 years helping people heal whatâs beneath the surface. Iâm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Enneagram coach, and Iâve worked with everyone from musicians to top CEOs to break free from burnout, dysregulation, and the stories that keep them stuck.
I donât just teach nervous system work, Iâve lived it. My own healing journey became the foundation for everything I now share. This is literally what I eat, sleep and breathe. Now I help others reclaim their strength by offering the same tools, practices, and truths that saved my life.
Iâm here to shine a light on where youâre stuck, get honest about stress and mental wellness, and guide you back to your most powerful self. No sugarcoating. No surface-level âself-careâ tips. Iâll help you reset your nervous system, understand the story your bodyâs been carrying, and create a new way forward.
