About Your Host
Hey, I’m Kim Rapach, your truth-telling, fire-holding pathfinder on this journey.
This isn’t your average retreat, and I’m not your average host. I’m here to shine a light on where you’re stuck, call out the truth about stress and mental wellness, and show you the path forward to become your most powerful self.
No sugarcoating. No surface-level “self-care” tips. I’ll teach you how to reset your nervous system, break destructive patterns, and remember who you really are.
As a complex trauma survivor, I don’t just teach theory, I’ve walked through the fire. I know the weight of carrying pain that feels impossible to shake, and I also know the freedom of discovering that no matter what you’ve been through, you can thrive.
The Red Heart Retreat is about stripping back the noise, getting honest, and reclaiming the woman you were always meant to be. I’ll hold the fire, guide the reset, and make sure you don’t just leave rested, you leave transformed.

Kim Rapach is an Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Enneagram coach, with over 20 years of experience in counseling and coaching. She has worked with people of all walks of life, from musicians to top CEOs, to uncover what’s holding them back, break free from burnout, and rise into the lives they were meant to lead.
